Attend 20th Hacking Security Seminar "Defend Korea"
THE KOREA INSTITUTE FOR EDUCATION & EVALUATION ADVANCEMENT(Seong dae geun)
Attend the 20th Hacking Security Seminar "Defend the Republic of Korea" held
in the small meeting room of the National Assembly Library
The Korea Educational Evaluation Promotion Agency attended an information protection seminar,
the 20th hacking security seminar, "Defend the Republic of Korea," held in the small meeting room of the National Assembly Library in Yeouido on the 29th.
After looking around the National Assembly, which I visited after a long time, I headed to the conference room excitedly.
The 20th Hacking Security Seminar "Defend Korea" was jointly held by the National Assembly's 4th Industrial Revolution Forum and the Korea Hacking Security Association with the sponsorship
of the Internet Agency and the Korea Broadcasting and Communication Agency.
I was able to enter the small meeting room after completing the list and receiving a booklet containing the name tag and seminar contents.
This seminar will be held in 1st, 2nd, and 3 parts, and you will explain hacking security,
how to respond using meta platforms and services, how to restore ransomware, and how to revitalize the data industry and protect information.
We're all seated~!
In the first part of the seminar, Kang Sung-joo, former head of the Korea Post, explained the response tailored to the new normal era after COVID-19 under the theme of "Hacking Security and Safe Meta Korea Strategy."
Former director Kang Sung-joo mentioned the importance of step-by-step practice for the development of the digital platform government as well as strengthening individual digital capabilities as the era of metaverse is now coming.
As it's a lecture that you can't easily hear anywhere, everyone focused on it..
After hearing about the current situation and recovery plan of ransomware attacks in the second part,
In the third part, Park Chang-gyu, the head of the data science research institute in the continental state of the law firm (Limited) explained detailed measures to revitalize the data industry
and protect information under the theme of "Data Industry Revitalization and Information Protection."
Not only around the world, but also in Korea, remote and telecommuting are becoming common due to COVID-19,
As digitalization is accelerating, the possibility of exposure to cyber threats is also increasing, and security and hacking damage are becoming serious.
So through this seminar, we will hear about the serious cyber problems and current situation
I think it was a meaningful time to come up with ways to cope with it.
In line with the continuing development of digital innovation, the Korea Education
and Evaluation Institute will also try to provide more advanced educational programs and set an example for the use and security of information.
We will come back with more fruitful and diverse news in July~!
