Our The Korea Institute For Education & Evaluation Advancement (CEO Seong dae geun) participated in the 12th Secure Korea 2021 Conference held at the National Assembly Library Auditorium on the 10th.
The 12th Secure Korea 2021 Conference has been held annually since 2009 to raise public awareness of hacking security and awaken the importance of personal information protection with the catchphrase "Defend Korea."
The 12th conference we attended was held with keynote lectures by the Ministry of Science and ICT and expert presentations such as information protection, metabus, information security, and ransomware hacking security.

The 12th Secure Korea 2021 event began with a keynote lecture by Hong Jin-bae, director of the Ministry of Science and ICT. keynote lecture on trends and countermeasures in the private sector.
It was followed by the announcement of global trends in cybersecurity modernization by CEO Lee Moo-sung of MLSoft and the understanding and prospects of ETI's Yoo Won-young's Metabus.
The 12th Secure Korea 2021 was presented with five themes:
global trends in cybersecurity modernization, understanding and prospects of metaverse, latest trends and countermeasures in ransomware,
blockchain and information security, and prospects for changes following the second revision of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Seong dae geun, CEO of The Korea Institute For Education & Evaluation Advancement, is increasingly connected to the computer environment and maintenance technology due to the spread of smart factories and industrial computers, and cybercrime targeting industrial control systems and smart factories with weak security is increasing.
As Metaverse and IT development are developed based on blockchain, interest in security is also growing, and he said he will also make efforts to research the latest security technology in blockchain.
