Participating in the ACEP2022 Special Invitation for Artists with Developmental Disabilities in Korea held at the Seoul Arts Center.
On the 20th, The Korea Institute For Education & Evaluation Advancement(CEO Seong dae geun)
attended the ACEP2022 Special Invitation for Artists with Developmental Disabilities on the 2nd floor of the Calligraphy Museum of the Seoul Arts Center!
It snowed a lot on this day, but the picture shows that the snow in the shade hasn't melted yet.
To appreciate good works, I enter the calligraphy museum with excitement.
Before the exhibition began, the sections of each exhibition and the names of the artists who exhibited the works were written.
"Getting Close"are the sub-title of ACEP 2022."Art brings us closer".Isn't it a great phrase? It also goes well with the event name "Break the mold with a brush."
We enjoyed the wonderful works of the writers.
Looking at the works expressed by individual artists with various materials and themes, I felt warm.
They were warm paintings that matched the subtitle Getting Close.
On one side of the exhibition, there were a lot of messages from visitors to the artist on the post-it.
This post-it looks pretty from a distance, right?
Perhaps this wall on one side, this message that everyone's hearts have come together to get closer, is also one of the works of this exhibition.
Also, interview videos of writers were playing from one place.
It was a video where I could feel the feelings I felt while working on the work and the artists' passion for painting.
On the way out of the exhibition, we were selling postcards, stickers, and books made of artists' works for those who wanted to keep them.
After a long time, I feel full after seeing a good exhibition.
Thank you to the artists who created great works and the people who held great exhibitions.
