The corporation conducted NCS-based recruitment consulting, led by 130 public institutions such as the Korea Electrical Safety Corporation, to write a detailed notice focusing on hiring jobs, and optimized education, English, certification, and experience to write only job-related requirements.

As a result of the corporation's efforts to innovate its business, its use of NCS data increased significantly to 3.3 million last year. This year, it has launched a new NCS utilization training for corporate personnel managers and has also fostered 1,000 NCS utilization consulting experts following last year.
