In order to promote the stability and smooth operation of the internal organization and improve the stability of employment of contract employees, he said that he will convert more than 90% (110 people) of contract employees to regular jobs by 2022.

Currently, the number of regular workers at the Korea Educational Evaluation Promotion Agency is about 40 percent (49 people).
