Around January 2020, author Seong dae geun  (CEO of the Korea Institute For Education & Evaluation Advancement Corp.) said he invited successful e-Test applicants and completed the talk concert successfully.

It is said that a large number of 80 to 90 successful students attended the talk show site, and that the students who attended were given free textbooks with the author's autographs.

The talk show covered the process from NCS preparation to e-Test acceptance. The successful applicants invited to the event solved the trial and error they felt while preparing for NCS-related jobs one by one.

It vividly pointed out the points of NCS blind interviews, blind employment preparations, blind recruitment methods for experienced interviewers at public companies, sharp questions from interviewers who met in the field, and answers that captivate the interviewer's heart.

Author Seong dae geun  (CEO of the Korea Institute For Education & Evaluation Advancement Corp.) said, "As the competition rate for blind interviews is breaking the record every year, we should focus on creating our own strengths through corporate analysis by job type. In addition, we need to be familiar with the changing interview trends every year because we are more likely to fail if we do not fully understand the related NCS occupations, he said.

Blind recruitment refers to recruitment centered on actual job competency by minimizing specifications that lead to preconceived notions under the keyword "Talspec job-oriented."

Meanwhile, author Seong dae geun  is currently the CEO of the Korea Educational Evaluation Promotion Agency and the head of e-Test Daegu/Gyeongbuk Headquarters, and the Korea Educational Evaluation Promotion Agency is currently headquartered in Gangnam to establish the National Human Resources Development Institute in Daegu and operate nationwide.
