The Korea Institute For Education & Evaluation Advancement announced on the 24th that it will openly hire new and experienced workers in the first half of 2022 to find talented people who both passion and challenging spirit to grow and move forward together.

According to The Korea Institute For Education & Evaluation Advancement, it aims to expand its business in various fields such as 4th industrial technology and software development with education services as its main service as a "company that practices convergence."

At the will of CEO Seong dae geun, The Korea Institute For Education & Evaluation Advancement will openly hire two departments, the National Human Resources Development Institute and the Software Convergence R&D Division. The department of the National Human Resources Development Institute recruits administrative clerks and researchers from two jobs, and seeks talent to work hard for "human resources development" and "education" in charge of direct memory development training, HRD, government-funded tasks and public projects.

The software convergence R&D division recruits a total of six jobs, hiring front-end/back-end designers, UX/UI designers, Unity developers and app developers, and server developers to develop future technologies such as metabus platforms, NFTs, blockchain, and fourth industries.

The screening process selects the final successful candidates through a total of five screening processes after conducting personality/adaptivity tests on those who pass the submitted application form and conducting the first practical interview and the second executive interview.
