Seong Dae Geun, CEO Of The Korea Institute For Education & Evaluation Advancement, said on the 30th that he attended the Daegu Big Data Seminar hosted by the Daegu Digital Industry Promotion Agency, which was held at the SW Convergence Technology Support Center, sharing big data and artificial intelligence industry trends, discussing employment and start-ups.

Under the theme of artificial intelligence (AI) and big data, whose importance and role are growing in the 4th industrial revolution, the seminar was heated from the pre-entry application on the on-offmix site, and more than 100 participants filled the venue. Kim Gun-wook, head of the Daegu Digital Industry Promotion Agency's Big Data Center, said in a greeting, "The Daegu Big Data Center has opened up its big data analysis infrastructure, provided an analysis environment, surveyed big data-related industries, and conducted new business planning and policy research."

In the first part, Professor Jang Dong-in of KAIST's Graduate School of Artificial Intelligence gave a lecture under the theme of "The Latest Trends in AI Technology," and in the second part, Dr. Noh Hyung-kyun, a professor of artificial intelligence at Kyungpook National University, explained how to use artificial intelligence in hospitals.

Through this seminar, I felt the need for it is growing, and it was meaningful to hear the thoughts of many students who have dreams in the IT industry and AI field. The Korea Education and Evaluation Agency also said, "We will make efforts to further revitalize quality professional education by analyzing and utilizing big data tailored to the fourth industry to become a company that can take the lead in supporting human resource development and service development."
