Korea Institute for Education & Evaluation Advancement recently designated "ESG Management with Young People Preparing for Independence" as a long-cherished project of Korea Institute for Education & Evaluation Advancement in accordance with CEO Seong Dae geun's opinion.

Korea Institute for Education & Evaluation Advancement has previously promoted vocational ability development and training projects using state funds for local residents, including job seekers, unemployed, and career-interrupted women, as well as students preparing for employment and start-ups in cooperation with many universities across the country.

Recently, Korea Institute for Education & Evaluation Advancement has started to establish overseas branches, starting with Cambodia, and will actively cooperate to cultivate excellent human resources and lay the foundation for participation in economic activities through cooperation with local competent institutions and companies.

As such, the direction and goal of Korea Institute for Education & Evaluation Advancement is to cultivate excellent talents through education and to contribute to society, but if you look closely, you can see that they are working for those who are in the blind spot of education.

It started as unemployed young people, unemployed people, and career-interrupted women through state-funded vocational ability development and training projects, but now it is in blind spots not only from institutions but also from various environments and factors, such as out-of-school youth.

Moreover, ESG Management with Self-Prepared Youth, designated as a long-cherished project, includes eight support items (residential, living, employment, academic, education, consulting, psychology, and emotion) previously announced by Korea Institute for Education & Evaluation Advancement.

 

The direction of the education project that Seong Dae geun, CEO ofKorea Institute for Education & Evaluation Advancement, is trying to promote did not come out in a short time. ESG management has recently become an issue and is drawing attention, but in fact, Korea Institute for Education & Evaluation Advancement has long pursued goals in pursuit of ESG management, and these projects have been able to be carried out after a lot of time.

Although there are many institutional and private efforts to support each subject in the blind spot of education, the actual difficulties of the subjects are very different, and a lot of effort has been made to identify areas that can be directly linked to practical help, not just support.

In this regard, CEO Seong Dae Geun thought of self-reliance preparation young people as the target of running with the goal of Korea Institute for Education & Evaluation Advancement, and designated 'ESG Management with self-reliance young people' as his long-cherished project. Through this, Korea Institute for Education & Evaluation Advancement said, "With the slogan 'For Young People, With Young People, By Young People', it contains the ambition to be with young people preparing for self-reliance to create a bright and growing future."
