Seong Dae Geun, CEO of Korea Institute for Education & Evaluation Advancement, announced on November 9 that he and Cho Jae Gu, Mayor of Nam-gu, Daegu, participated in the "Bye Bye Plastic Challenge" campaign organized by the Ministry of Environment.

The "Bye Bye Plastic Challenge" campaign is a participatory relay movement launched by the Ministry of Environment in August to spread environmental protection awareness, such as reducing the use of wasted plastic products and encouraging the use of multi-use products, and posting resolutions to practice de-plasticity along with photos or videos of waving both hands.

Seong Dae Geun, CEO of Korea Institute for Education & Evaluation Advancement, participated in the campaign with Cho Jae Gu, Mayor of Nam-gu District, by taking a certification photo with a picket showing his determination to practice 12 types of de-plastics in the plastic reduction campaign "Buy Plastic Challenge."

In addition to the "Bye Bye Plastic Challenge," Seong Dae Geun, CEO of Korea Institute for Education & Evaluation Advancement, continues to participate in campaigns for environmental protection by participating in Go Go Challenge and Disposable Reduction Challenge, and strives to spread ESG by holding ESG management seminars and consulting.

Cho Jae Gu, head of the Daegu Nam-gu Office, said, "We hope that the 'Bye Bye Plastic Challenge' will serve as an opportunity for many citizens to participate in reducing plastic and make efforts to create a better environment." Nam-gu will also try to create a cleaner and more beautiful Nam-gu by establishing a culture of practice to reduce the use of disposable products.".

Seong Dae Geun, CEO of Korea Institute for Education & Evaluation Advancement, said, "Now that environmental pollution has become a big problem in society, I believe that minor actions to reduce disposable products will bring about great influence in the future. They participated in the "Bye Bye Plastic Challenge" in the hope that small individual efforts will gather and spread good influence that can lead to great results. I hope that many people will continue to participate in the challenge and spread it out to create a cleaner earth."
