The Korea Regional University Revival Movement Headquarters, which aims to solve the problems faced by local universities, such as the disappearance of local governments and a series of universities under capacity, announced on December 10 that it held a year-end meeting and appointment ceremony organized by the Hope Mountain Association and sponsored by Korea Institute for Education & Evaluation Advancement.

The Korea Regional University Saving Movement Headquarters plans to launch as a corporation in cooperation with executives who aim to revive both local universities and regions in order to overcome the crisis of local universities and solve the problem of regional economic revitalization and polarization between regions.
