Seong dae geun, CEO of the Korea Institute For Educational & Evaluation Advancement, was honored with the "education service" category at the 29th Korea Power Leader Awards held at the International Conference Center in Seoul on the 12th.

In particular, in the field related to the fourth industry, it is striving to develop the fourth industry in Korea by participating in conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and meetings related to blockchain, virtual currency, artificial intelligence, metaverse, and NFT.
In order to solve the shortage of jobs and talent in Korea and resolve the distance between job seekers and companies, various customized education is provided through state-funded projects, and overseas expansion through technology and services is also carried out by utilizing overseas infrastructure.

The main keywords of management philosophy are 'securing human and material resources', 'lifelong workplace', and 'open and horizontal management'. It is striving to create a lifelong workplace by continuously improving and expanding the working environment and welfare where its employees can work for a long time, and continues to support them to acquire the skills necessary for each job through department operation.
In addition, through open and horizontal management, we are trying to listen to and communicate with executives and employees, and we are striving to grow together through continuous investment.
As a result of such efforts, the Korea Institute For Educational & Evaluation Advancement has grown every year and won the grand prize in the educational service category of the 16th Korea Consumer Satisfaction Awards organized by the Hankook Ilbo in 2022.
In addition, it contributes to society by providing high-quality on-site customized education with consortium institutions and providing a foothold for job seekers and job seekers to grow into on-site workers and strengthen their skills.

Long before the establishment of the Korea Educational Evaluation Agency, it has been on the path of education. Since he became an adult, he has worked as a computer assistant instructor at the Computer and Accounting Academy, growing up to be a chief instructor, academy director, and CEO.
When I was the head of the academy, I had many chains across the country and operated them, but I had a painful experience of putting everything down and starting from the beginning due to unpleasant things caused by others.
However, through the work at that time, he went back to his original intention and took a step forward to overcome the crisis with an opportunity, and established the current Hinkuk Education and Evaluation Promotion Agency.
After experiencing the same experience as a painful finger, I am always thinking about how to improve and develop a better environment without being complacent even now and collecting opinions from executives and employees.

In collaboration with various universities, specialized projects and lifelong education are being conducted, and efforts are being made to listen to various difficulties and reflect them immediately by dividing them into before, during, and after the education process.
In addition, regular counseling, exhibitions, conferences, and recruitment information are provided to provide course-related information and employment information that trainees need the most, and presentation meetings and counseling of incumbent working-level staff or officials are provided.
